NICE VILLA IN BENISSA COSTA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. For up to 8 guests.

DISTRIBUTION: This villa is distributed on a single floor. To access the entrance door to the villa we will have to climb some steps that are on the right side of the villa. The access door is under the porch. As soon as we enter we will find the dining room with a table and chairs for all guests. Right next door, we will have access to the fully equipped kitchenette to prepare delicious meals. On the other side, the living room made up of a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table and a TV. From the living room we can access the four rooms through a corridor: two with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. In addition, there are two bathrooms with a shower each between the rooms.

EXTERIOR: Once we access the property from the outside we will find the pool, surrounded by hammocks, all prepared to rest and enjoy the good Mediterranean climate. In the part of the porch we find a chill out area with a sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table. Just behind we have an outdoor dining table with seating for all guests as well as an outdoor kitchen.

SITUATION: The Villa Orfeo is in a perfect location, since just a few steps away we find the Cala de la Fustera, an idyllic place to enjoy some good water activities. We will also have leisure areas very close to the property.

Villa is very well located and the views are beautiful. The villa itself is in good condition and we had no many major issues. I would comment though that the general feeling is that they left just the bare essentials to make it hospitable. Nothing makes the villa cozy and/or inviting. Very basic and rather uncomfortable and run down furniture is there and any extra element such as rugs/ floor and table lamps/ extra pillows/ etc to be able to enjoy the nights inside more comfortable is lacking. The Staff at Abahana villas was extremely pleasant and helpful when we asked for better towels and some extra pillows and some missing kitchen items. In general we had a pleasant stay but it could have been so much better with just a few more items to make the house more inviting.

El exterior de la casa es muy bueno. Las habitaciones, sencillas. Todo esta limpio. La WIFI, muy mala. Un aspecto sin duda a mejorar. La ropa de cama también es muy mejorable, así como el menaje de cocina (8 plazas, 8 tenedores de campamento...) y limpieza (como no puede haber una escoba en toda la casa???). En fin, la casa está ubicada excepcionalmente, la piscina es muy amplia y limpia (no se encendían las luces de la piscina, y avisamos, pero nadie vino a arreglarlo), y la zona de porche con los sofas y mesa, una pasada.

Ubicación y entorno inmejorable. La piscina y las vistas de 10. Como puntos de mejora, la calidad de la conexión a Internet, imprescindible a día de hoy, y al mobiliario y áreas verdes le vendrían bien una actualización. La atención de Abahana muy buena, intentando dar rápida solución a pequeños detalles.
